Richard Mosley

Richard Mosley is widely recognised as one of the leading world authorities on employer brand development and engagement. His thinking draws on over 25 years experience in both brand management and HR consulting. Richard has led major employer brand development projects for many leading global employers including: BP, Coca-Cola, GSK, Gucci, H&M, HSBC, L’Oreal, McKinsey, PepsiCo, the Rio Olympic Committee, SAP, Unilever, the EU and UN. He has wrote many books on the topic of employer brand management and his latest book ‘Employer Branding for Dummies’ was published in January 2017. Richard is a regular key note speaker and chairman at employer brand events around the world, and his work appears regularly in leading business newspapers and journals including Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and Economic Times of India.

BARBARA ZYCH, PHD.

Ms. Qi Qi is a global leader in employer brand data modeling. She has built the entire employer brand development process on a data foundation and designed a complete data analysis system to fully understand a company’s current status and guide the development of its employer brand. To date, she has consulted for over 100 companies in the Fortune 500, earned a PhD, and delivered speeches to over 500 people. She has served as an Assistant Professor for the MBA Organizational Development program, established a graduate course on employer branding (now in its fourth version), organized 17 human resources conferences, started researching HR AI, and developed the first employer brand analysis tool focused on employee experience.

Ms. Qi Qi has been awarded twice by the Polish Ministry of Education, earned the youngest CBT therapist certification in Poland, and has authored seven books for OD consultants, which have been translated into three languages. She studied psychology at the University of Warsaw, where she focused on deeply understanding human thoughts and finding precise explanations for observable behaviors. At the same time, she completed a four-year graduate course at the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy School. Ms. Qi Qi also worked as an ICC coach at the University of Berkeley, where she helped improve skills and the interpretation of happiness theory.

Ali Ayaz is a business professional whose relentless drive to deliver, courage to consistently challenge, and unwavering integrity have earned him the reputation as a seasoned leader. Ms. Zhu is a philanthropist and a writer with a dual degree in sociology and journalism from University of Wuhan. She is currently the deputy secretary general of Adream and has extensive experience in the operations of foundations and charitable trusts. One of these is the ‘Dream Centre” (2014 ‒ 2016) project she started after she joined the Adream organization on 2008 where she undertook the application for non-public offering to public offering and internal - external compliance work. Ms. Zhu has participated in the revision of the Charity Law and the Charity Trust section, and had established two charitable trusts, which was the first domestic equity charitable trust. Ben is the youngest Chief Creative Officer and General Manager in China 4A’s. He is also the first Chinese creative people who has been nominated by Havas Global Creative Council since 2016 and Havas APAC Creative Council since 2017. The 1st Cannes lions Gold for Havas China was won by his leadership which significantly built up Havas’ credit in China. Another astonishing accomplishment from Ben is that he was the first Chinese local creative based General Manager in China 4A agencies as creatives in China usually have non-business roles, such as leading the office. Under his leadership, Havas Shanghai Office has becoming the most indigenous, youthful and energetic 4A’s in China. Jun Yao

Mr Jun Yao graduated from Essex University in 2001 with a Master's Degree in Management Studies, and is a PhD candidate at the School of Journalism and Communication at Wuhan University.

Mr Yao has more than 19 years of industry background and rich experience in media and advertising agency operations, serving clients including Kuaishou, Zhihu, Bilibili, blank me|ban fen yi, Beneunder, Lola Rose, OPPO, Youlan, and many other well-known domestic enterprises in China.

Over the years, he has served as a final judge of major awards at home and abroad, a specialist of China Advertising Think Tank, and an expert of various research institutes. In addition, Mr Yao has been awarded the Person of the Year and the Outstanding Contribution for the industry for many times. Also he has been awarded the Outstanding Contemporary Advertisers of China and the Special Contribution Award for the Academic Development of Advertising in China. He has been appointed as a visiting professor of the Communication University of China, the Central and South University for Nationalities, and the Shenzhen University. In 2018, he was honoured by the China Business Advertising Association with its annual award - Leader in Innovation and Development.
